Supporting Tommy's and St Ann's Hospice
Woodsmoor Classic Car Show
28th August 2017
11am - 4pm
Since our inaugural event in 2011, the Woodsmoor Classic Car Show has gone from strength to strength and has welcomed hundreds of classic cars, stall holders and visitors to this unique community show.
Since we began, we have raised over £15,000 for our chosen charities, Tommy's and St Ann's Hospice and built an enduring and growing car show set in the heart of Woodsmoor, a wonderful district in Stockport, Cheshire.
We raise funds through the kind donations from visitors, exhibitors, craft stall holders and traders, for which we are eternally grateful. Thank you to all our supporters, we look forward to seeing you again and hopefully making some new friends in this, our 7th year.
If you have not yet managed to make it to this community event why not come along and enjoy the classic cars, craft stalls and catering that will make the 2017 August Bank Holiday in Woodsmoor a very special day indeed.
Continue viewing to get more information about the show and don't forget to connect with us on Facebook to keep up to date and see how you can get involved. We look forward to seeing you on 28th August.

Whom we support and why...
Tommy's funds research into pregnancy problems and provides information to parents. At Tommy's we believe it is unacceptable that one in four women will lose a baby during pregnancy and birth. Frustrated at the lack of research that meant they could rarely answer this question, two obstetricians working in the maternity unit at St Thomas' Hospital in London were inspired to start fundraising for more research into pregnancy problems. Registered Charity number 106050/SCO39280
St Ann's Hospice
St Ann's Hospice is Greater Manchester's Largest hospice. Who do we care for? St Ann's Hospice cares and helps around 3,000 patients (over the age of 16) and their families and carers every year who are affected by cancer and non-cancer life limiting illnesses. We deliver care that is special and unique to each individual person. Around 40% of inpatients at St Ann's Hospice return home after treatment. Registered Charity number 258085
I've enjoyed living in Woodsmoor for over nineteen years and in 2011 thought it would be a great idea to do something for Tommy's in the community.
Then it struck me. As a classic car enthusiast and owner why not get all the great classic cars I've seen in and around the area into a local venue and make some money for Tommy's? So here we are again. I hope you can support us in what we hope will be another fun day that will continue to put the great district of Woodsmoor on the map!
As a proud resident of Woodsmoor along with my wife Judy we are keen classic & vintage car enthusiasts and excited to be part of WCCR 2017.
I own a 2.3 litre Panther Lima Series 2 built in 1979 by the Panther Car Company, only 300 of this model were made. I take it to shows and abroad and enjoy all of the classic car scene from attending at and now organising a car show!
