Since its inception in 2011, the WCCS has raised and donated over £31,000 to our charities Tommy’s and St Ann’s Hospice. The organisers and charities thank everyone who has been involved, supported, exhibited, visited and donated throughout the years. Who We Support And Why
Tommy's
Tommy's funds research into pregnancy problems and provides information to parents. At Tommy's we believe it is unacceptable that one in four women will lose a baby during pregnancy and birth. Two obstetricians working in the maternity unit at St Thomas' Hospital in London were inspired to start fundraising for more research into pregnancy problems. St Ann's Hospice
St Ann's Hospice is Greater Manchester's Largest hospice. Who do we care for? St Ann's Hospice cares and helps around 3,000 patients (over the age of 16) and their families and carers every year who are affected by cancer and non-cancer life limiting illnesses. We deliver care that is special and unique to each individual person. Around 40% of inpatients at St Ann's Hospice return home after treatment. Registered Charity number 258085
